The treks or mountaineering in the Everest Treks will always begin from Lukla airport and then north to the Namche Bazaar village. There are various treks to take part in the region of Everest. Some of the popular excursions are:

The moderate trips will take you to an altitude of above 4000 meters at most. The path that you will walk is a combination of steep surfaces as well as grassy surfaces. You have to walk for about 5-7 hours a day. You must have some physical fitness and a high level of stamina to proceed with this kind of trip. There is a chance of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) is this type of trip.

This is the combination of the American and Continental plans. In some cases like in treks, we will provide you with bed and breakfast in the city and a full board (Bed and three meals a day) during the trek.

The trips like Everest Base Camp Trek will need the combination of traveling using a private vehicle to and from the airport and a city tour and flight to Lukla. So for such circumstances, you will be provided with both a flight and a private vehicle for transportation.
