The provided overview encapsulates an immersive eight-day journey through Bhutan, seamlessly blending cultural exploration and trekking adventures. The adventure commences with a warm traditional welcome at Paro International Airport, initiating a scenic drive to Thimphu along the picturesque Paro and Thimphu Rivers. This one-and-a-half-hour journey unveils charming villages like Bondey, Shaba, and Isuna, with a stopover at Tachogang Lhakhang for a leg-stretching walk. The exploration of Thimphu, the bustling heart of Bhutan, introduces a fascinating blend of modern amenities and cultural richness, offering a unique experience as the only city globally without traffic lights.

The trekking phase of the journey begins on the third day, venturing from Thimphu to Gur via the quaint village of Genekha. Our trip concludes here and Tashi Delek. 

Note: Bhutan paper visa will be arranged by the company and it will take 3-5 working days. After we get visa, it will be sent to you. You can request a flight ticket to/from Paro additionally and we will provide you best suggestion and routes depend on where you want to fly from.

Trip Itinerary

Set off on an extraordinary adventure as you arrive at the Paro International Airport, greeted with a traditional khaddar welcome by our dedicated team. The journey kicks off with a picturesque drive from Paro to Thimphu, meandering along the Paro River and later shifting gracefully towards the Thimphu River. This scenic drive, approximately an hour and a half, introduces charming villages like Bondey, Shaba, and Isuna, with a serene stopover at Tachogang Lhakhang for a leg-stretching walk.

Bhutan is known for being incredibly safe and welcoming to tourists, including solo female travelers. The crime rate is very low, and the people are incredibly hospitable. You'll feel right at home. Also, our Bhutan Tour starts at 2 pax minimum, so please do find a friend who can accompany you in this journey.
