Your adventure begins with a thrilling scenic flight to Lukla, the gateway to Everest. From there, follow trails alongside the Dudh Koshi River, gradually ascending through rhododendron forests and traditional Sherpa settlements. Each day brings you closer to the towering peaks, with breathtaking views unfolding at every turn. You'll enter Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and witness the unique flora and fauna of this protected Himalayan landscape.

Reaching Namche Bazaar is a highlight, a bustling town nestled amidst stunning mountain scenery. Here, you'll have an acclimatization day with options to explore the town, hike to the Everest View Hotel for unparalleled vistas of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, or discover the traditional Thame Village. Note: The flight to/from Lukla will be scheduled from Ramechhap during peak seasons. So, we will drive to/from Ramechhap for our flight to/from Lukla.

Trip Itinerary

Welcome to Kathmandu, the vibrant capital city of Nepal and your gateway to the majestic Himalayas! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM), you will be greeted by our representative who will facilitate your transfer to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Take this day to settle in and acclimatize to the altitude and the bustling atmosphere of this fascinating city. In the afternoon, you may wish to explore the Thamel area, a tourist hub brimming with trekking gear shops, vibrant restaurants, and cultural experiences. Enjoy a leisurely stroll, soak in the local culture, and prepare yourself for the incredible adventure that awaits you in the Everest region. Kathmandu offers a rich blend of ancient temples, bustling markets, and friendly locals, providing a captivating introduction to Nepal before your mountain journey begins.

A: Absolutely! Your safety is our top priority. This Lukla to Namche trek is on well-established trails, and we provide experienced guides who are first-aid trained and know the area inside out. We also closely monitor weather conditions and ensure you acclimatize properly to avoid altitude sickness.

Good to Know

Please let us know your flight info while booking.
Always ask your physician to make sure you can handle this trek in the Himalayas.
Temperatures are warm and pleasant in the city and cold in the mountains.
You can get Nepal’s Visa on arrival in airport or other entry point of Nepal.
Get Travel insurance and make sure your passport does not expire within 6 months
Bring warm clothes that can be layered and sunglasses to adjust as temperatures vary.
Trekking boots and lightweight poncho or raincoat is recommended.
Take plenty of batteries and Nepalese currency for your personal use.
Flight might get delayed or trip postponed due to bad weather.
For any additional stays in the mountains except the given days, the clients/customers will be liable for the expenses that will occur.
Be aware of the risks of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) and follow recommendations for gradual acclimatization. Be open with your guide if you experience symptoms.
