7:30 am: Pick up and drive to Changunarayan Temple
Be ready for the trip after your breakfast at 7:30 am. We will pick you up from the hotel or any pickup location inside the new road, Bouddha area, or Bhaktapur. Then we will drive to Changunarayan Temple. It will be an hour's drive through the city area, old Bhaktapur city, and parse villages like the region to the temple of Changunarayan.

8:30 am: Explore Changunarayan
After reaching Changunarayan, we will explore the oldest temple of Nepal before climbing up to Nagarkot View Tour. The Changunarayan temple is an old Nepali architectural, cultural and religious heritage. The style in which the two-floor temple is made is unknown, so it is an ancient Nepali architectural style temple. The main temple has Lord Vishnu as the main deity along with statues of other deities around the temple. There are stone statues of beasts with the historical pillar. The carvings on the walls and windows are intricate and beautiful. So the temple is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Nepal. After exploring the temple, we will hike to Nagarkot View Tower.

9:30 am: Hike to Nagarkot View Tower
After the Changunarayan Site visit, we will hike toward the Nagarkot View Tower. We will pass several local Newar and Tamang villages with local family-run eateries. It will take us roughly 4 hours or more to reach Nagarkot viewpoint. It is an easy hike with mostly even trails surrounded by forest. We will have lunch along the way to Nagarkot. Nagarkot is one of the popular demand viewpoints famous for its panoramic views, sunrise, and sunset.

1:30 pm: Explore Nagarkot and Drive back to Kathmandu
As we reach Nagarkot, we will first wait for our turn to climb up the view tower. It has the most amazing views of the great mountain peaks and Kathmandu valley. You can see peaks like Annapurna, Mt. Everest, Ganesh Himal, and Manaslu, which include eight mountain ranges, terraced lands, forests, and eye-catching trails. After spending quality time in the Nagarkot and capturing the beauty of the place, we will descend down-hills to catch our ride back to Kathmandu. We will reach Kathmandu in a few hours. We will drop you at the hotel or pickup point, whichever is convenient for you concluding our day trip.
