The moderate trips will take you to an altitude of above 4000 meters at most. The path that you will walk is a combination of steep surfaces as well as grassy surfaces. You have to walk for about 5-7 hours a day. You must have some physical fitness and a high level of stamina to proceed with this kind of trip. There is a chance of Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS) is this type of trip.

Welcome to vibrant Kathmandu

Today we take a guided tour around the beautiful Kathmandu Valley. The Kathmandu Valley is an artistic city with many UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Nepal. The temples, palaces, courtyards, and stone alleys of the three Durbar Square (Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square) reflect the rich art, architecture, and culture of the medieval era. Nepal is a country with religious diversity. Visit the sacred Hindu and Buddhist sites: Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath, and Pashupatinath. They will showcase the art, culture, and harmony of the country. Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu

We rise early to go to the Airport. We take a short scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, &lsquo;Gateway to the Everest region,&rsquo; perched at 2840m with the Dudh Koshi river below it. We begin our trek from Lukla by descending through terraced hillsides and along stone fences to the Dudh Koshi River and cross a hanging bridge to reach the beautiful Phakding village. We pass through many Mani walls, and boulders carved with Buddhist prayer inscriptions and decorated with bright colors on the way. The Buddhists believe these to be sacred, so as a sign of respect to the local culture, we pass them in a clockwise direction.
(Note: During trekking season, you must fly from Ramechhap airport instead of Kathmandu airport. So, you will drive to Ramechhap (4-5 hours drive) then fly to Lukla)

Fly to Lukla Airport and Trek to Phakding

After a hearty breakfast in Phakding, we begin our walk on the trail as it meanders through rolling terrain, past traditional stone houses, plowed fields, and a forest of rhododendron, magnolia, and giant fir trees. The trail continues north from the Dudh Koshi valley to Monjo, where it officially enters the Sagarmatha National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. We continue our walk to get the first glimpse of the summit of Everest. It appears majestically behind the ridge of Nuptse-Lhotse. We continue our walk until we reach Namche Bazaar, a prosperous Sherpa village and an important trading center in the Khumbu Region.

Today is acclimatization day in Namche. We wake up to beautiful sunrise with snowy mountains around us. The best way to spend an acclimatization day is to stay active by traveling high and sleeping low. We climb steeply out of Namche to the Everest View Hotel, where we can get an excellent view of Everest and Ama Dablam. We can also trek to the surrounding villages of Thame and Khumjung. These short hikes give our bodies time to get used to high-altitude trekking. We can explore the colorful Namche bazaar with many shops, restaurants, and bakeries in the evening.

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar

We continue along the trail as it turns northeast from Namche along a tributary valley. The route from Namche to Tengboche is unbelievably beautiful as the Dudh Koshi River is far below and Thamserku, Kantega, Ama Dablam, Lhotse, and Everest rise in front. As we continue our walk, the mountain views start to open up, becoming more dramatic as we ascend to approach the holy ground of Tengboche, surrounded by a protected juniper forest. The famous Tengboche Monastery sits on top of a beautiful hill. We visit the famous Tengboche Monastery and watch the sunset on the stunning panorama of mountains surrounding us. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam provide a wonderful backdrop to the Tengboche village.

Trek to Tengboche Monastery

We enjoy the morning sun over the beautiful mountain panorama and walk towards Dingboche. We descend through the forest to Devoche and walk further to cross the rushing Imja River. We walk along the Imja valley with a stunning peak of Ama Dablam towering directly overhead. We continue along the trail as it ascends slowly up to the windswept potato fields of Dingboche village, the highest permanent Sherpa settlement in the Everest region.

Trek to Dingboche

Today is an acclimatization day in Dingboche. Our main aim of the day is to acclimatize. We take a short hike to Nangkartshang Peak, a small summer settlement at 5100 m from where we can enjoy spectacular views of mountains like Makalu, Lhotse, Tawoche, Ama Dablam, and Chalotse. After enjoying the beautiful scenery, we retrace our way back to Dingboche village. Today&rsquo;s hike should help the body acclimatize more effectively, as the next three days of the trek are challenging.

Acclimatization in Dingboche

Leaving Dingboche, the trail climbs steeply out and past a Chorten. We gradually ascend the valley to reach Dugla at the end of the terminal moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We then take a short and steep ascent to Chukpo Lari, a poignant place where a line of memorials is in tribute to the climbers who have died on Everest. We can view a beautiful panorama of the peaks lying on the Nepal-Tibet border. The trail then eases and continues towards Lobuche, a tiny hamlet with a few teahouses where the view is straight towards Nuptse. The sunset on Nuptse is very stunning from Lobuche.

Trek to Lobuche

Today's trekking is quite challenging due to the increasing altitude. We walk to the edge of the Khumbu Glacier and climb to the village of Gorakshep, nestled under the soaring summits. We relax and acclimatize to the altitude then hike to Everest Base Camp. After the rest at Gorakshep, we climb onto the lateral moraine of the Khumbu glacier. We climb the side of the glacier before finally descending onto the rocky glacial moraine itself. We then follow the winding trail through fascinating ice seracs to the glorious Everest Base Camp. We can see many mountaineers in the camp preparing for the Everest Expedition in the spring. Although we cannot view Mount Everest from here, the thrill of being in the base camp of the world's highest mountain will fill us with a sense of accomplishment. After some pictures in the base camp, we will retrace our steps back to Gorakshep.

Trek to Gorakshep then hike to Everest Base Camp

We may not have viewed Mount Everest from the Base camp yesterday, but today's hike to the small peak of Kalapathar at 5,550m rewards us with the magnificent close-up view of the world&rsquo;s highest mountain, Mount Everest, along with other peaks. After enjoying the majestic views, we return to Gorakshep and retrace our way back to Lobuche for lunch and then continue descending the valley to the lower altitude of Pheriche for the night.

Hike to Kalapathar and trek to Pheriche

We walk along with the trail climbing through the rhododendron forests bursting with flowers to reach the beautiful top at Tengboche. Situated in picturesque settings, Tengboche hosts the prominent Tibetan Buddhist Monastery in the Khumbu region, Tengboche Monastery. We can enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and further observe the life in the monastery.

Trek back to Tengboche

Today, we retrace our way back, following the winding trail to the vibrant Namche bazaar. Today&rsquo;s hike is full of descent as the air continues to become more oxygen-rich. We continue along the Dudh Koshi river and complete our walk today with a gradually descend from Kyangjuma to Namche Bazaar. Visit shops, restaurants, and bakeries in this beautiful Sherpa Town.

Trek down to Namche Bazaar

We leave Namche Bazaar and continue our descent. Today is our final walk in the beautiful Everest region, so we take lots of photographs of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam on the way. We continue downhill till Phakding, from where we start ascending to Lukla. Lukla is known for the end of trek celebrations. We can enjoy the festivity and prepare for our early morning flight back to Kathmandu.

We rise early for our flight back to Kathmandu. We will look at the magnificent mountains of the Everest region as we fly back to the vibrant Kathmandu city. This type of trek is a high level of the trek where you will climb up below the altitude of 6000 meters. The trip will have high passes and steep climbs. It requires you to walk for 6-10 hours a day. Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Early morning dawn you will be taken to a domestic airport to fly Lukla (2,860m/9,383ft). It takes 35 minutes scenic flight to Lukla airport, and you will have a tea break, while the Guide will sort out and distillate the loaded luggage to be carried out by the Sherpa. The guide will be responsible for your lunch depending upon the time of arrival at Lukla. The trek resumes with a splendid view of Number Himal and Phari. We march further and to Phakding passing some Sherpa from Hamlet. We follow the lag to Dudhkoshi River with slow-ups from Thado Koshi, where you can have lunch with the splendid view of Kusum-Kangaru (6,367m/20,889ft). Crossing a short suspension bridge and from here a short climb brings us to the Ghat village another 1 and a half hours of slow walk brings you to Phakding village for the overnight stay Phakding after 3-4 hrs walk and around the village for local erudition.

Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,610 m/8,562 ft)

The trek begins in the morning as we cross the suspension bridge and the Dudh Koshi. The walk is pleasant with a few short uphill and downhill and re-crossing the same river again with a fabulous view of Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m/21,635 ft). From the Benkar, we continue our journey by crossing the bridge and reaching Monjo. There is an entrance gate of the Sagarmatha National Park. The trekking permits are inspected at the entrance gate and the record of all trekkers going to and from this place are kept, including the local trekking staff.
While entering the Sagarmatha National Park, we walk down to the suspension bridge over the Bhote-Koshi. Then we reach Jorsalle, the last spot till Namche Bazaar from where the walk is along the winding uphill path to Namche Bazaar with the splendid view of Kwangde Summit and its other female peak towards the east with Kusum Kangaro on the back as you ascend higher you can view Mt. Everest. Lhotse and the nearer view of the Twanche peak can be seen from some parts of Namche. Finally, we reach Namche Bazaar with vivid houses and the main gate of the Khumbu region after 5-6 hours. Finally, we make a stop overnight in Namche Bazaar.

You will have a full day off today to acclimatize and stroll around the bazaar. If it is Saturday, you will see a market with many people selling and buying various goods. You can also visit the Sherpa Museum, a great place to know Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering or visit the luxurious Everest view hotel and Syangboche airstrip.

Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar

After spending a beautiful day at Namche, our path follows the gradual trail for about a couple of hours with the most scenic route. After Sanasa, a short uphill skipping magnificent view of the great giant snow peaks from Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Kwangde peak after a beautiful walk through the rhododendron forest and catch a viewpoint of Mongla, from where you can be seen the best Himalayan scenes and descend to Phortse Thanga. You can enjoy the walk, and after a few more hours of walking down, we will reach Dole for the overnight stoppage after a 5- 6 hrs walk. A small place with few tea houses and can enjoy your night at Dole.

Firstly, we ascend to the scenic ledge above the Dole and the trail climb via Labarma at 4,220m to Luza at 4,360m. The path is steep in most places as it climbs to Labarma. The trail continues to ascent along the side of the valley high above the river, crossing sandy prick to reach Machhermo. It takes a 3-4 hrs walk. In the afternoon, as we reach our destination Machhermo, we visit the Himalayan Rescue Association and overnight stoppage in Machhermo.

Today we ascend to the lodge and can see magnificent views both down the valley to Khangtega and the northern part to the Cho-You (8,153 m). The ridges harden as the trail passes through Pangram at 4,390 m. We descend to the river bank before commencing the climb up to the final moraine of the Ngazumpa Glacier. It is a sheer climb on the moraine. Afterward, the trail levels end out as it follows the Dole past a&nbsp; second sheer known as&nbsp; Longponga at 4,690 m, where you&lsquo;ll have an opportunity to find the footprints of&nbsp; Lama or Monk on a stone. After an hour's walk, we&rsquo;ll reach Gokyo Valley at 4,750 m. There are a few tea houses with comfortable bedrooms, and after lunch, you can explore around the lakeside and overnight stay in Gokyo.

This morning we trek up to the Gokyo RI for the breathtaking view of Mt. Everest with a beautiful sunrise and much more beautiful Himalayan Scenery. These will be your unforgettable memories. After dawn, you will have your breakfast at Gokyo and trek down to Thanak for 4-5 hours. Sometimes during the hasty season, it might be challenging to get a room so we can camp as well.

You will cross the Chola pass and reach Dzongla for an overnight stay in Dzongla.&nbsp; It takes a 5-6 hrs walk to get here. You can enjoy the marvelous view at a high altitude at Dzongla.

We continue trekking along the moraine in the glacier, with scenes of Kalapathar and Pumori, before reaching Lobuche (4,910 m) for lunch. You can view the beautiful Mt. Nuptse while walking along the Gorakshep. The follow-up to the Gorakshep is rocky and windy, but it grants the best view of Pumori, and there are beautiful views of the Everest Base camp and glacier with Mountain View scenic. We stop at Gorakshep and enjoy the night.

After eating breakfast at Gorakshep, we prepare for our adventure to the destination. We continue our hike towards the Everest Base Camp and the Khumbu Icefall. The road from here can be a bit hard, and we may have to follow the path used by Sherpa. Every year the way changes due to the movements of the glacier. The tread is quite hectic due to higher elevation and thin air. The trail passes through the rocky dunes, moraines, and brooks until you reach the base camp. Everest base camp is exciting, with noises during the high expedition season. It takes 2-3 hrs to get to the base camp, and after a majestic time here, we get back to Gorakshep for the overnight stay in Gorakshep after walking 5-6 hrs.

Early morning our journey continues through sheer ascend to the top. After reaching the top, you will feel effulgent as you conquer the moment you have been waiting for since the commencing of the journey. On top of Kalapathar, there is a small rocky peak on the southwest ledge of Mt. Pumori. The view from there is beyond your phantasm as Everest looks incredible. The cycloramic view from the point is something to relish, and you feel it&rsquo;s worth seeing the south Khumbu glacier sweeping beneath you along with Everest base camp down beneath the moraine of Khumbu glacier and many picturesque sceneries. After that, we stroll back to Gorakshep and retrace to Dingboche for the overnight stoppage at our respective tea houses in Dingboche after walking for 6-7 hrs.

Today we move on further on to our journey with sheer way climbing the southern part then veering east to the mainline of the dale. There the winds blew along or below the south flank of the moraine from the Lhotse Glacier. Continuing our short genial walking along a Brookside leads to what we can it a Big Rock. The route to the Amphu Lappcha lies to the southeast. A crisis cross route through the Imja and Lhotse glacier moraine leads to a wide valley flanking the SW side of Island peak. We reach Island Peak base camp after walking 4-5 hrs and overnight stay in Island Peak Base Camp.

After breakfast, we pack our camping gear and move on to the High Camp. First, the way leads up to the base camp for several hundred meters before reaching the sheer hillside. The path soon reverses to a grassy area changing to a boulder region. As you ascend the hill, you will see that the slope narrows down the route and enter a steep rock duct nearby. We start climbing through the narrow and rocky valley. It is not difficult to trail the path, but we will find several short rock paces to climb before reaching the right side of the valley. The route then trails a led line, which leads to an exciting and revealing snag onto the packer of the summit glacier. You will need to rope up for the glacier as it contains several fissures. It leads without difficulty to 100m/130 ft snow and ice sloping on which the guides will fix a rope. You can successfully climb with the gumption to reach a summit, and after taking some pictures of beautiful scenery, we will come down to Chhukung for an overnight stay, and it takes the whole day as we climb and walk from 13-14 hrs.

Reserve day for unforeseen condition

Today will be moving downhill to a lower altitude from Chhukung, and the walk is genial to Tyangboche. After Dingboche dale and getting down the bridge, our route descends the brook towards Pangboche hamlet and moves further down to Tengboche. Tengboche is one of the most beautiful places in the Himalayas, and the first thing that&rsquo;s come to your eye is the big Monastery or Gumba called Tengboche monastery and the large field with campsites and teahouses, lodges below the towering peak of Ama Dablam, Everest, Mt Lhotse and Lhotse Shar towards the northeast. We stay in Tyangboche overnight.

Arrival in Kathmandu

Today, we will take you on a city tour of Kathmandu. Visit four of the seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Valley: Pashupatinath Temple, Changunarayan Temple, Bouddhanath Stupa, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. As we will be preparing for the trek tomorrow, one of our professional tour guides will take you on an amazing sightseeing and religious and cultural tour in Kathmandu.
The temple of Pashupatinath is a holy abode for Hindus. The temple has Lord Shiva (the destroyer) as the main deity. Many Hindus across the border are flooding every year to visit the temple. There are many small temples of various deities surrounding the main temple. The main temple has a large bronze statue of a bull at the entrance. The temple is pagoda style with two layers of roof. There is a Shiva lingam at the center of the temple. The temple is bordered by the Holy River Bagmati so many poojas and rituals of cremation are performed at the river bed. Next is the holy grail of the Buddhist religion, Bouddhanath Stupa.
The stupa is a large dome 36 meters tall surrounded by many prayer flags. It is a typical stupa with big eyes at the top of the stupa on the four sides with images of Buddha surrounding the stupa. Many eateries and souvenir shops are surrounding the stupa. After that, we will visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square. The Durbar Square is one of the three royal courtyards of Kathmandu Valley. There are many architectural, cultural, and religious heritages in the areas. Some of the popular structures are 55 Windows Palace, Nyatapola Temple, Golden Gate, and Siddha Pokhari. Then we will drive to the Changunarayan Temple, the oldest temple in Nepal of the god Vishnu. The temple is on a hilltop with Champak trees surrounding the hill. The temple is built in the traditional Nepali style with beautiful carvings and many other deities surrounding it. After enjoying ourselves, we will return to the hotel for the overnight.

World Heritage Tour in Kathmandu

We will leave for Syabrubesi early morning after breakfast. It will take about 7 to 9 hours to reach our destination. As we travel on graveled roads on the ridges of Kathmandu valley, we can observe Annapurna Himalayas in the west along with Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang peaks. As we reach Langtang National Park, we will be surrounded by beautiful forests. On reaching Betrawati and Dunche we will soon reach Syabrubesi. Drive to Syabrubesi

Syabrubesi is the starting point of the trek to the Langtang region. Today we will head to Lama Hotel. We will cross the Bhote Koshi River that flows from Tibet. There will be oak and rhododendron forests with monkeys swinging on the trees as we reach the subtropical forest region. The region has animals like langur, red panda, wild boars, and deer. You will climb the steep path and finally after 4-6 hours reach the Lama Hotel overnight.

Trek to Lama Hotel

Today you will pass through the location of the old Langtang village. Now a rock field, the village reminds the devastating earthquake of 2015. We will climb through the forest and can see Langtang Lirung along the way. The forest of hemlock, oaks, maples, and rhododendron covers the region with many pasture lands and yaks grazing in the field. We will reach Ghora Tabela (3,000 m. / 9,842 ft) for lunch and ascend the path through Buddhist monasteries reaching the sprouting Langtang village. After a few hours' walk, we will reach the Mandu, our destination for today.

Our destination for today is Kyanjin Gumba. Walking through yak pastures, local woods, and stones, we will see the valley opening further with great views. We will cross streams, moraines, and monasteries with Buddha images and idols finally reaching Kyanjin. You can see the cheese factory, water mills, prayer wheels, Chorten, and scripted rocks in the region along with peaks like Langtang Lining, Kyajin Ri, and Yala.

Today, we will take a trip to Cherko Ri or Langshisha Kharka according to your preference and feasibility. Waking up early morning will be pleasant as the sunrise can be a new spectacle for us. It will be an adventurous journey and helps us to acclimatize to our surrounding. If we are lucky, we can see snow leopards and musk deer. We will return to Kyanjin for the overnight stay.

As we arrive in Chitwan, we will first check in the rooms. Let&rsquo;s brief about the resort and the facilities with refreshments.

Today we will explore Chitwan National Park. After breakfast, we will head for a canoe ride in the Rapti River of Chitwan and a nature walk in the forest. We will have our lunch after visiting Elephant Breeding Center. Then let&rsquo;s go on a Jeep Safari. Many species of flora and fauna are found in the national park along with endangered species like the One-horned Rhinoceros and Bengal Tiger. There are 68 species of mammals, 544 species of birds, 56 species of herpetofauna, and 126 species of fish found in the national park. We can see many of those species like Gharials, Rock Pythons, Black Stork, White Stork, and Bengal Florican. Finally, a Tharu cultural program show awaits us.

Chitwan to Kathmandu

Today we will visit the remaining UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu Valley. We will visit the remaining two durbar squares and Swayambhunath Stupa. The stupa is on a hilltop with a large dome in the center surrounded by many trees and monkeys roaming around. There are many temples of Hindu deities at the top of the hill which shows the harmony of between the Hindu and Buddhist religions. After exploring the stupa, let's step down the hill to visit the Amideva Buddha Park at the foot of the hill. There are three big statues of Shakyamuni Buddha in different mudras in the park.
After that, we will visit Kathmandu Durbar Square which is also called Basantapur Durbar Square. There are many temples like Ashok Vinayak Mandir, Taleju Temple, Vishnu Temple, Indrapur Temple, and Kotilingeshwara Mahadev Temple along with statues of gods such as Hanuman, Kal Bhairav, and Sweta Bhairav. <h2>Question 1: Seasons, months, and treks?</h2>
The treks can happen throughout the year, but October to May is considered suitable for trekking in Nepal. The monsoon begins in mid-June and ends around mid-September, making travel wet and warm. The mountain panoramas can be unclear because of rain clouds and haze. It's a great time for botanists, as the higher valleys and meadows come alive with blossoming flowers and lush vegetation. Monsoons don't mean rain all the time. Also, the crowded trails will be quiet, which you may prefer more. The upper parts of the Annapurna circuit around Marpha, Jomsom, and Muktinath are excellent for trekking or tour during the monsoon. Note: Insect repellent is a must when trekking during the summer months.
Autumn is the best season for trekking. You can see the spectacular mountain as you gain altitude. January and February have cold weather with occasional snowfall at higher elevations. Due to heavy snowfall, some of the routes taken during the trek can be unusable, but the views are excellent.
Spring arrives in late February in Nepal, and it's the ideal time for people interested in flowers, birds, and the splendors of nature. Numerous varieties of wildflowers, especially rhododendrons, turn the hillside into a colorful paradise.
April and May are the expedition season and the best time for mountain climbing. It is slightly warmer at lower elevations. But occasional haze might block your view of the mountains. Above 4000 meters, the mountain views are picturesque, and temperatures are relatively moderate at night.

Tea House Trekking (Lodges and Guest Houses Trekking): A Teahouse Trekking is enormously standard even if it is a local-run guesthouse. Camping Trek: (Organized Trek): The camping trek is best called a Fully Organized and Supported Trek.&nbsp; A camping trek is the same as an exploratory or mountaineering expedition in terms of the arrangement. The camping trek includes a team comprising guides, cooks, Sherpas, and porters. Porters carry all the gear and equipment. The company manages all necessities like food, fuel, and gear.&nbsp; Our team supervises the whole operation. The trekkers should carry a small bag with essentials for themselves. At night, we provide dining tents, sleeping tents, &amp; toilet tents. You will get mattresses and a sleeping bag too.
Porter and guide hiring treks:&nbsp; This type of trek is not much in demand but can be acquired. On this trek, you can hire a porter and guides from us, and we will provide you with both of them. We will provide a professional guide who knows the region very well in your preferred language. Also, you will get the number of porters you request. The price for the porter and guide will be affordable. Our Porter will carry your luggage. The guide will give you the best explanation about the local culture, history, religion, and facts of trekking, and during an emergency, he will take quick action to solve it. However, food and accommodation are not in the packages.
<h2>Question 3 Trekking Grades?</h2>
We have divided the grades of treks in Nepal as Easy, Moderate, Strenuous, and Challenging.&nbsp; If you are trekking in Nepal for the first time, it is necessary to know which trek matches most with your physical capabilities to enjoy your experience in Nepal. Thus, we have categorized all our excursions in the following ranks below:
<h3>Easy Treks</h3>
Experience is not necessary at this level; anyone in good health and fit enough to enjoy a good weekend hill walk can manage this grade. Usually, easy grade treks are short and at lower altitudes; they are optional, giving a chance for a rest day. However, walking always involves some exertion: trails are seldom flat, and you must still expect to have a reasonable amount of ascent and descent. You would normally walk for 4 to 5 hours during the day. The transport is by Airplanes and Jeep.
<h3>Moderate Treks</h3>
&nbsp;Moderate treks begin to present more of a challenge to first-time trekkers and are more demanding than easy treks. So these treks are suitable for any walker looking for something a little more challenging and energetic. Most people who enjoy a weekend in the hills or mountains at home can trek at this level: you need to be in good health and reasonably fit, and you will almost certainly be taking regular exercise. Moderate trek has easy long walks or challenging short hikes. Walking at higher altitudes and a tougher journey with a fair expedition is an average level of the jaunt. A walking day would typically be between 5 to 8 hours long, and no experience is necessary.
<h3>Moderate to Strenuous</h3>
This level of trek is not very demanding but requires a decent to a high level of fitness. The walking duration can be up to 6 hours a day. The trail will not be clear from time to time, and the path can be narrow and steep. The altitudes will be high with snow and cold. The facilities found in the higher elevations can be minimal, especially for camping treks.&nbsp; You will feel as being isolated from bustling cities. But the journey will be exciting and adventurous as you will feel one with the Himalayas.
<h3>Strenuous Treks</h3>
Fitness is the key if you want to participate in the trek of this level. Continuous exercising before your tour is a compulsory act. Most Strenuous expeditions are equivalent to extended walking in mountainous terrain at home but usually at significantly higher altitudes; climate and remoteness can also play a part. Walking days are usually between 6 to 8 hours, although it may take longer hours to reach the destination for the day. Previous trekking experience is desirable but not essential if you are confident in your physical condition.
<h3>Challenging Treks</h3>
 Nepal Camping Treks, Dolpo Trekking, Manaslu Trekking, Kanchenjunga Trekking, Ganja- La Pass Trekking, Simikot (Mt. Kailash ) Trekking, and Dhaulagiri Trekking are some examples of challenging treks. These types of expeditions are only for genuine adventures. The main component at this level is likely to be a long and high-altitude uphill mountain with the possibility of some rope climbing that requires physical and mental stamina. You must be prepared enough for this type of adventure. Altitudes will often exceed 5,000 meters where people live in the High Mountains, and the treks involve camping for relatively long periods: about 20-28 days or sometimes more than that. So excellent physical condition is essential, and mountaineering experience is preferable.
