Lila Bahadur Karki is from the eastern part of Nepal, Jiri, where Sir Edmund Hilary began his Mt. Everest expedition. He is an excellent guide and a much better cook. He can prepare the best meals with subpar ingredients in unknown altitudes. Thus, he can be considered a gods hand for his cooking experience.
